The audio streaming service revealed the top songs, artists, podcasts, and so much more on Wednesday, December 1, and let’s just say some stats are more shocking than others.

Top Artists of 2021
Taking home the number one spot — for the second year in a row, I might add — is Bad Bunny. While this is certainly impressive no matter what, he managed to snag the number one spot without even putting out an album this year!
In fact, Bad Bunny earned over nine billion streams in 2021. Now that’s insane.
Coming in at number two is Taylor Swift, who gave fans plenty to listen to in 2021. Not only did she drop her ninth studio album, evermore, at the very end of 2020, but she also released Fearless (Taylor’s Version) and Red (Taylor’s Version) in 2021.

In what should come as a surprise to literally nobody, Olivia Rodrigo’s smash hit “drivers license” is the top song of 2021, earning more than 1 billion streams. And, if that wasn’t enough for Olivia, she also had the number four most-streamed song of the year with “good 4 u.”
She just can’t be stopped, can she?
