Pisces season is here and it’s time to bring our dreams to life! Today, I’m making a list of film and TV characters who I believe exude Piscean energy.
This list isn’t only for Pisces sun signs. You can identify with these characters if your moon or rising signs are in Pisces as well. You can check your birth chart here!
Pisces are known for being a little bit naive, and one could argue that since Trixie is the most naive character in the show, by virtue of the fact that she is a child. But that is not the only reason I paired her with the mutable water sign. Like Pisces, Trixie is also incredibly empathetic to everyone in the show, even the violent demon, Maze.
Pisces are empathic, intuitive, and just a little bit kooky. And if that doesn’t fit the witchy descendant of Agnes Nutter to a T, then I don’t know what does. Everyone who has Pisces in a prominent place in their chart is known to have psychic tendencies. So I just had to pair them with the character that can read auras.
Wayne wishes his bud wasn’t so awkward. But we love him just the way he is. Like the mutable water sign, Darry is kind and sensitive. Darry is a sweet-natured soul, though it wouldn’t kill him to change out of his farm clothes every now and then. His kind nature, endearing naïveté, and super soft birthday parties make him the quintessential Pisces.
Anyone with Pisces in a prominent place in their chart is often believed to hold some sort of psychic ability. So I paired them up with the resident psychic of the Cullen family. Even though Jasper is the resident empath in Twilight. Alice shows a great deal of empathy for those around her. She is also quite creative and expresses her creativity through fashion.
Oh Rocky! The mutable water sign gets paired with the titular character! Like an escapist Pisces, Rocky is a little naive and is always trying to get away from his creators. But he is also innately poetic like a Pisces. At only thirty seconds old, he makes an allusion to the Roman parable “The Sword of Damocles.”
Pisces are not only known to be zany water signs, they are also known to be the most musical sign in the zodiac. So naturally, I have to pair them up with a character that lures sailors with her hypnotic singing voice.
I feel like the Swede is one of the more sympathetic supporting characters in the show. He is not ruthless or cruel, he just kind of goes with the flow. And if any sign can go with the flow, it is the mutable Pisces. Pisces is not only the most empathetic sign in the zodiac, they are also the most musically inclined. And the Swede has the loveliest singing voice. I seem to keep pairing Pisces with Sirens.
Pisces is dreamy, deep feeling, and they have a tendency to get lost in their own imagination. The Kraken is a creation of Ed’s own mind that he uses to cope with the fact that he killed his abusive father. In a way, the Kraken is the ultimate Pisces because it is itself a form of escapism.
And no, I don’t regret writing that schmaltzy line.
Honestly, the musically-inclined Pisces is probably the only one who could hit Snow White’s high notes. Like Pisces, Snow White has a sweet disposition and a kind heart. She handles all the things that life throws at her with a smile and a song. She may be a bit too trusting and easily gets lost in her wishful thinking, but she is incredibly compassionate to those around her. You would have to have high levels of empathy to clean up after seven people.
Much like Pisces, Alice gives herself very good advice but she very seldom follows it. Alice seeks to escape into a world of her own. But it’s not just her naiveté that likens her to Pisces. She is also very creative, imaginative, and highly sensitive at times.
If you have a prominent Pisces placement in your chart, you may have metaphysical abilities. But what happens when the preternatural Pisces use their abilities for their own selfish gains? They turn into the magical yet malicious Dr. Facilier! Dr. Facilier uses his magic and manifestations to manipulate those around him. Also, I’m pretty sure every Pisces has wanted to turn someone into a frog at some point.
I paired the mutable water sign with the Junk Lady because they are known to be quite nostalgic and sentimental. And the Junk Lady is trying her best to convince Sarah to forget about her responsibilities and revert back to childhood.
I paired Meg with Pisces because of her kindness and sweet nature. Meg is probably the most empathetic person in the Thromby family, aside from Harlan, even though her open-heartedness tends to come off as performative. I also paired her with Pisces because just as a fish may go with the flow, Meg is too easily influenced by her greedy family.
None of Miles’ inner circle is that innocent of a person. They all had a hand in ruining Andi’s life and career. But Lionel seems to be the only one who has any modicum of regret over betraying her. Since he is the only one with a sliver of empathy I had to pair him with empathetic Pisces. Like the mutable water sign, he is quite innovative, but he is also a people pleaser when it comes to Miles.
Goody Addams was one of the first teenagers in Jericho. She is also an incredibly talented psychic and everyone who has Pisces in a prominent place in their charts is known to have psychic proclivities. This is also a perfect pairing because if Goody is a Pisces and Wednesday is a Sagittarius, that means that they are planetary twins since both signs are ruled by Jupiter.
It is revealed later on in the first season that, like her daughter, Morticia Addams is also a psychic. But unlike Wednesday, she is a positive psychic. Throw in the fact that she’s a diehard romantic who prioritizes true love at all costs, it stands to reason that she would be a perfect Pisces.
Pisces, you are the only one empathetic enough to forgive Joel Schumacher for his sins. Mr. Freeze is driven by the love and empathy he has for his terminally-ill wife. Some fans have argued that this makes him one of the most sympathetic villains in the DC universe. He may be a little cold at times, but his caring nature and self-victimization are Piscean traits.
Zoe was a bit hard to place. But I ultimately paired her with Pisces because she can be quite sensitive and emotional. She also tends to be a bit of a pushover…until she is pushed too far that is. Pisces are also known to be escapists and at the behest of Myrtle, she and Kyle try to escape New Orleans for their own safety and happiness.
Pisces gets to be paired with everyone’s favorite character, King Shark! Nanaue may have started out trying to eat the whole team, but with the help of Ratcatcher 2, he slowly learns how to make friends. Though, like Pisces, he is a bit naive when making friends since his “dumb friends” try to kill him. He also gets paired with the mutable fish because, well, he is a giant fish!
If any sign was going to bounce around singing “dead man’s toe,” it would be Pisces. Sarah is the perfect Pisces because she is flirtatious, musically gifted, and maybe just a little naive. Also, like Pisces, she is way smarter than people give her credit for.
Frenchie gets paired with the mutable water sign because she is one of the only characters that sympathizes with Sandy’s plight. Pisces often wear their heart on their sleeve, no matter how they try to hide it. She also displays a bit of Pisces’ naïveté when she abruptly drops out of high school to attend beauty school. Also, all of the Pisces I know could rock pink hair.
Okay, Pisces, put down your pitchforks and let me explain. Gayle would be the quintessential Pisces because, like the mutable water sign, she is creative and just a little bit kooky. She is also musically talented. You got to love the song she wrote for Derek Dematopolis!
I had to pair Pisces with one of the most empathetic and sympathetic characters in the Stephen King universe, John Coffey. Pisces will relate to Coffey’s ability to take and transfer pain and illnesses. They will also relate to John Coffey’s speech that ends with “I’m tired of people being ugly to each other.”
Many people with Pisces in a prominent place in their birth chart feel like they have preternatural abilities. Some may even feel a little psychic sometimes. Well, Bruno feels psychic ALL the time so he must be a Pisces. But clairvoyance is not his only Pisces trait. He is also empathetic and a bit of an escape-oriented.
I am pretty sure that you can’t be a Ghost of Christmas Past if you are not incredibly wistful and nostalgic. Which is why it only makes sense to pair the sentimental and sweet-natured Pisces. The mutable water sign would be excellent in this role because they are known to look back fondly on bygone eras.
