2020 has canceled a lot of our favorite pop culture touchpoints (we’re still not over the Olympics being postponed), but it hasn’t taken down Dancing With the Stars.

In fact, Season 29 will be premiering on Monday, September 14 and the brand new cast of pros was announced on Good Morning America on Wednesday, September 2.

While every season of DWTS is chock full of interesting celebrities, this season may in fact take the cake.

From a certain boy bander to actors to even a Tiger King star, scroll down to learn a little bit more about all the people competing for the coveted Mirrorball Trophy this season.

Nev Schulman

The 35-year-old host is best known for being the host and executive producer of the very popular MTV show, Catfish.

Charles Oakley

Oakley is a former NBA player who played for the Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks, Toronto Raptors, Washington Wizards, and Houston Rockets.

The 56-year-old, who was a power forward, was also one of the best rebounders in the league.

Anne Heche

The actress is best known for appearing in movies like Six Days, Seven Nights and Psycho, as well as TV shows like Chicago P.D. and The Brave.

Monica Aldama

After breaking out in Netflix’s Cheer earlier this year, it’s no surprise the 50-year-old cheerleading coach was asked to be on the show.

Kaitlyn Bristowe

It has been the former Bachelorette star’s dream to compete on the show and now she has her chance! Though she hasn’t been on TV in a while, the 35-year-old has a very successful podcast called Off the Vine.

Vernon Davis

The former football star played for San Francisco, Denver, and Washington during his career. He retired for the game in 2019 after over 10 years of playing.

Jeannie Mai

The 41-year-old TV host is best known for hosting shows such as The Real and Holey Moley. She also does entertainment reporting at various award shows.

AJ McLean

The 42-year-old will be the second Backstreet Boy to compete on DWTS after his bandmate, Nick Carter, took second place during Season 21.

Justina Machado

Though she’s best known for her role in One Day at a Time, the 47-year-old actress has also appeared in Jane the Virgin, Queen of the South, and Six Feet Under.

Carole Baskin

Baskin’s invitation to appear on DWTS is more than likely very controversial, but she’ll surely bring the viewers. After appearing in Netflix’s Tiger King earlier this year, Baskin has become a pop culture phenomenon.

The “Hot in Herre” rapper has been a music superstar for decades, but now he’s going to see if he can conquer the dance floor too.

Jesse Metcalfe

The 49-year-old is probably best known for his work in Desperate Housewives and John Tucker Must Die.

The 39-year-old is a soap opera actress, but she is probably best known for her work as a real estate agent on Netflix’s reality show Selling Sunset. She was also married to This Is Us star Justin Hartley, but they recently announced their divorce.

Johnny Weir

The two-time Olympic figure skater broke out onto the scene years ago, but currently, he’s a successful sports commentator.

Skai Jackson

The 18-year-old is best known for starring as Zuri on Disney Channel’s Jessie.
