For those who haven’t experienced the magic of Cowboy Bebop, the show follows a group of wild bounty hunters chasing the galaxy’s most notorious villains. If you’re looking for sci-fi and action, you’ll love Cowboy Bebop.

Tri-Star Pictures

Get ready for a surprise! Total Recall is coming to Netflix on November 1st. This classic film starring Arnold Schwarzenegger as Douglas Quaid set The Governator up for a life of success. Sure, he was a hunk before, and The Terminator, but he really proved his acting chops in dream-ception film.

 21. The Addams Family

Paramount Pictures

Your favorite spooky family is coming to Netflix on November 1st. That’s right, The Addams Family. Sure, it might not be so timely with the Halloween season finishing up, but The Addams Family is so classic, we don’t need the spooky season to enjoy all their frights.

Don’t worry about it being a spin-off either. You’re getting all the original 1960s episodes. Whether your favorite family member is Wednesday or the butler, Lurch, soon you’ll be able to watch their antics all over again- or for the first time if you’re new to the Addams family!

20. America’s Next Top Model

Do you want to be on top? Well, on November 15th, you can be! America’s Next Top Model is finally coming to Netflix. The modeling competition series has been hot-potatoed around streaming services for years, and we’re glad it finally landed on Netflix.

Currently, seasons 19 and 20 are already on the streaming service, but they’ve promised even more to come- including the early seasons. We can’t wait to throw it all the way back to the early 2000s, watching Tyra Banks lead young models to success along the way. What’s your favorite season?

19. Survivor Season 16

Castaway Television Productions Ltd

After testing out the Survivor waters with seasons 20 and 28, Netflix knew the show would be a big hit on their streaming service. They’re about to bring in a whole lot more Survivor fans too- season 16 is being added! But what’s so good about season 16? Not only is it set in beautiful Micronesia, but it is also the Fans vs Favorites season!

The special season puts fans and previous Survivor players up against each other to see who comes out on top — the rookies or the vets. We won’t spoil who wins, but all we’ll say is, it’s definitely worth the watch.

18.  21 Jump Street

Columbia Pictures

21 Jump Street brings back a lot of nostalgia. We all remember our first time watching it! It was the first time we got to see the comedy duo that is Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill deliver all their iconic lines. 21 Jump Street is just one of those movies that will always make you laugh. And it’s coming to Netflix on November 1st!

Get your friends together and your popcorn ready. The buddy cop comedy will definitely still get a chuckle or two out of you.

17. Masters of the Universe: Revelation Part 2

Masters of the Universe may not sound familiar, but what about He-Man? We thought that might sound more familiar! Since the ’80s, He-Man has been battling Skeletor on his home planet Eternia. The sci-fi and medieval mash-up became an immediate classic when Mattel released the first comic. He-Man is so transcendent, he made it all the way to Netflix!

The Mattel hero is back for a second season of swords and sorcery on November 23rd. The Netflix series takes major inspiration from the original 1980’s program, but their version is geared more towards kids. Millennial parents everywhere can rejoice that their children get to grow up with He-Man too!

16. Lies and Deceit

The U.K.’s Liar got a Spanish spin, and on November 15th, you can watch it on Netflix. The thriller series is based on Harry and Jack William’s novel, Mentiras, and details the fallout of a woman with a dire suspicion towards the town’s well-respected surgeon. Contrasting her perspective is the viewpoint of the man she accused, and it’s up to the viewers to decide what really happened.

Lies and Deceit is full of drama, psychological thrills, and plenty of emotion. The series already received great reviews, and it’s much anticipated. The show is written and directed by Netflix regular, Curro Novallas. He is the brilliant mind behind the series, High Seas.

15. Love Hard

Love Hard is the first Netflix original movie on the list, and the holiday rom-com includes a lot of Gen-Z’s favorite actors. The main cast includes Nina Dobrev from Vampire Diaries, Darren Barnet from Never Have I Ever, and Jimmy O. Yang from Silicon Valley. Sure, they aren’t quite superstars, but to the younger generation, they might as well be!

Love Hard comes to Netflix on November 5th. The classic romantic holiday movie gets a modern twist- Nina Dobrev’s character falls in love online, and after flying 3,000 miles, finds out she’s been catfished! Don’t fret though, there’s still plenty of falling in love for Dobrev’s character to do.

14. The Princess Switch 3

If you thought Vanessa Hudgens was done playing two switching princesses, think again. This time, she’s playing three switching princesses. Well, technically two princesses and a doppelganger cousin- very convenient.

The Princess Switch 3: Romancing the Star is full of laughs, thrills, and adventures. The three get together after a precious Christmas relic is stolen, and I’m sure you know what happens next- they’ve got to get that relic back! We won’t tell you if they were successful in their reverse-heist though, you’ll just have to wait until November 18th to find out.

13. Te Ata

Te Ata comes to Netflix on November 1st, and it’s sure to move you. The film tells the true story of Mary Thompson Fisher, an Indigenous woman doing everything she can to make it on Broadway. Trials, tribulations, and plenty of rejections lead Te Ata to discover herself more than anything else.

This semi-biographical film received great reviews, and it’s already won a couple of accolades- including The Gallup Film Festival Audience Choice Best Drama award. Critics say it is emotionally raw and sheds light on the issues of keeping cultural identity in the modern age.

12.  Selling Sunset

Your favorite real estate agents sure did take an extended holiday, but on November 24th, the Selling Sunset agents are back! And season 4 should be filled with even more drama than the last. You didn’t think the honeymoon phase would keep Christine from being catty, did you?

This season, Selling Sunset is introducing a handful of new cast members too. The Oppenheim Group hired two new agents- Vanessa Villela and Emma Hernan. We can’t wait to see how they fit in with the office! If you saw the earlier seasons, you know that doesn’t always go over so well.

(And, if you were wondering, Davina still hasn’t sold that mega-mansion.)

11. The Great British Baking Show: Holidays

‘Tis the season to bake cookies! The Great British Baking Show: Holidays is back for Season 4 on December 3rd. The season is only two episodes, but we’re still excited to see all the recipes Paul and Prue whip up.

The first episode sees past bakers given a shot at holiday redemption. Alexandra Burke will of course be giving a little show with her rendition of Silent Night. Then, the next episode will be a New Year Bake Off. The New Year Bake Off also features past bakers returning to the tent and battling to win the holiday competition.

10. Tick, Tick… Boom!

Lin Manuel Miranda changed the world when he brought up Hamilton. On November 19th, he’s set to stun the world again with his directorial debut, Tick, Tick… Boom! The film is an adaptation of the Broadway classic written by Rent creator Jonathan Larson.

It is an autobiographical telling of Larson’s life and career as he approaches 30. Larson is played by Andrew Garfield, and he certainly does it justice. Packed with emotion, music, and the story of someone just trying to make it in New York City, Manuel Miranda’s adaptation is guaranteed to impress and move everyone that watches.

9. Lost in Space

Prepare for launch- Lost in Space returns to Netflix for its third and final season on December 1st. The modern-age series inspired by the 1960s science fiction series of the same name captivated audiences from its initial release. People can’t get enough of the Robinson family’s adventures and struggles navigating through newly-colonized space.

Season 3 wraps up the Robinson’s journey after years of fighting through space to get to their new home, but the last season will still have plenty of complicated missions. Lost In Space is going out with a bang!

8. Narcos: Mexico

Are you missing your fix of narco action? Your wait is over on November 5th! Narcos: Mexico is back with its third and final season. Possible spoiler alert if you aren’t caught up but- the last season definitely left us hanging as both Diego Luna and Michael Pena went down. The leaders of opposite teams are all either dead or in jail. So where do we go from here?

For the Narcos, there’s still plenty of business to do and even more people trying to stop them. And on the other hand, there’s still plenty of Narcos for the good guys to bust. We expect the third and final season to blow us away! No pun intended.

7. Big Mouth

Coming on November 5th is the fifth season of Big Mouth — Netflix’s hit animation show about the lives of middle school kids going through all the fun (and not so fun) changes of life. The animated show skyrocketed to success in its first season, and it’s kept us laughing since.

The show wouldn’t be the same without its comedic all-star lineup though.  Big Mouth’s voice acting cast includes greats like Maya Rudolph and Nick Kroll, and they really bring the animated characters to life! We all know a Big Mouth quote or two from the hormone monsters. We’re especially excited to see how they pull off their Christmas special — it features puppets and stop-motion animation!

6. The Unforgivable

the unforgivable film sandra bullock

Sandra Bullock is back with another powerful performance, this time alongside fellow powerhouses like Viola Davis and Vincent D’ Onofrio. Highly anticipated and already spreading like wildfire across social media, The Unforgivable could just be another classic Bullock film.

She plays a woman fighting to come to terms with life after prison, searching for her sister along the way. Bullock’s character must face a world with little forgiveness and come to terms with all that’s changed. The heartwrenching film hits theatres on November 24th and comes to Netflix on December 10th.

5. The Power of the Dog

Did you say, a female written and directed Western? Keep talking! Coming to Netflix on December 1st is Jane Campion’s Western drama, The Power of The Dog. Based on the 1967 novel of the same name, the movie focuses on a gruff rancher played by Benedict Cumberbatch. Quickly, he shows his cruel side as he lashes out against his brother who just brought a new wife and her son home. As you might expect, chaos ensues!

It debuted at the 78th Venice Film Festival, and critics haven’t stopped raving since. It even has a 91% Rotten Tomatoes Score! The film is set for limited release on November 17th just in case you want to see it on the big screen.

4. Tiger King Season 2

You didn’t think we would leave the highly anticipated second season of Tiger King off this list, did you? Of course not! Joe Exotic and his gaggle of miscreant friends will be back on our Netflix screens on November 10th for season two! If you thought Joe Exotic didn’t have any more story to tell, just you wait.

The season takes a deeper dive into the personal lives of all the Tiger King players, especially their crimes. Gambling debts, police paranoia, and big cats, this season has it all.

3. The Harder They Fall

Coming to Netflix on November 3rd is Jeymes Samuel’s The Harder They Fall. The film is a tale of revenge in the wild wild west, following the journey of a vengeful Nat Love and his enemy, Rufus Black. But what makes this Western special? It has a stellar all-star cast. Idris Elba, Jonathan Majors, Zazie Beetz, AND Regina King? Sign us up!

It can’t go without noting either- this is a Black Western! Other Black Westerns have been made, but modern filmmakers haven’t been daring enough to dip their toes back in the Western water. Now, Samuels is bringing a whole new life to the genre with his groundbreaking film.

2. Bruised

One thing about Halle Berry, her characters are going to reunite with their long-lost son. Berry’s directorial debut is no different! Bruised is a film about a veteran boxer given one final chance at redemption. Who gives her this chance? The young son she left behind.

Bruised tells the story of a woman reconciling with motherhood and identity, and Halle Berry does it justice. Starring in the lead role and directing the film makes for an incredibly moving performance.

1. Red Notice

Red Notice might just be Netflix’s biggest film of the year, and the budget definitely reflects that. Somehow, the streaming service landed Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Gal Gadot, and Ryan Reynolds for their new action-packed movie. We hope the $200 million price tag pays off. That’s some serious coin!

So what exactly is the movie all about? The Rock plays a hardened FBI detective on a mission to catch the world’s most elusive art thief (Gal Gadot). Of course, he needs a little help, and that’s where Ryan Reynolds’ art-thief-turned-partner character comes in. Still want to know more? Check out the trailer on Netflix.
